Repsol ends long LNG sales process as Shell buys stakes and volumes for $6.7Bln

Royal Dutch Shell agreed to buy the LNG assets of Spanish energy company Repsol in a transaction valued at $6.7 billion to expand its global liquefaction portfolio from Latin American and Caribbean sources by more than a third.
