IEA report on Asia-Pacific natural gas and LNG hub suggests Singapore as a venue

The International Energy Agency launched a report on February 26 to demonstrate how the Asia-Pacific region's LNG and natural gas market can evolve by setting up a regional trading hub, with Singapore named as having the best prospects as a likely first venue.
