Union Fenosa Gas, the joint venture between Spain's Gas Natural Fenosa and Italian company Eni, contributed 256 million euros ($340M) to group results in 2012, a decrease of 7.6 from the previous year because of problems at the Damietta LNG plant in Egypt.
