EnCana starts liquefaction plant involved in converting Canadian railways to LNG fuel

EnCana Corp., the Canadian energy company, has opened a small-scale liquefaction facility in Alberta to provide LNG fuel to customers including Canadian National Railway Co. which is testing the conversion to LNG of mainline diesel-electric locomotives.
