Two European LNG import terminal owners complete deal to link UK market to Italy

Two European LNG import terminal owners have increased their stake to one third in the Interconnector subsea natural gas pipeline between the UK and Belgium in completing the acquisition of the shares held by German utility E.ON as part of a strategic alliance.
