US Congressmen back LNG export push as Cheniere finalizes project finance package

US LNG export projects were boosted by a letter to President Obama from Democrat and Republican Congressmen calling for a speeding up of the permitting process, as the approved venture of Cheniere Energy said it would complete up to $5 billion in financing this week.
