THIS WEEK: Japanese to turn US shale boom into key future LNG supply stream

The largest Japanese trading companies have finally plunged into the US LNG export market by securing 20-year tolling agreements for liquefaction services from projects under development on the US Gulf and East coasts, and are pledging to turn Marcellus, Barnett and Eagle Ford shale-gas into LNG.
