Woodside sells Browse LNG project stake to Mitsui and Mitsubishi for $2 billion

Japanese trading companies Mitsui & Co. and Mitsubishi Corp have bought a minority stake in the Browse LNG project in Western Australia for an estimated $2 billion from Woodside Petroleum, giving the venture added financial strength.
