JGC of Japan has LNG contract work worth $3.6Bln

JGC Corp. of Japan, one of the world leaders in LNG engineering, construction and procurement contracting said its backlog of LNG work at the end of the last quarter amounted to $3.6 billion.

The company revealed the figure as it unveiled an 88 percent jump in quarterly net profits for its overall business to $245 million from $128M in the same three months of 2010.
