PNG LNG showcases $15Bln first-phase spending

The Papua New Guinea LNG project being developed ExxonMobil and Australian-listed Oil Search, hosted investors for the laying of foundations at the LNG plant, located west of the capital Port Moresby, and which forms part of the first-phase investment of $15 billion.

Oil Search, which has been involved in PNG since 1929, said it also organized meetings with the government and visits to the feed-gas fields in the PNG Highlands.
