Chevron Corp. announced further drilling success in the Carnarvon Basin offshore Western Australia that will further underpin its Wheatstone LNG project.

The Acme West-1 well encountered about 377 feet (115m) of net gas pay, while the Acme West-2 well encountered 184ft (56m) of net gas pay, Chevron said.
