Woodside Petroleum posted a 34 percent surge in third-quarter LNG sales revenue from its one-sixth share of the North West Shelf LNG project in Western Australia, even as Train 5 was shut for maintenance and production was lower.
Woodside said revenue amounted to US$422 million in the three months compared with $315M in the same quarter a year ago. The company benefited from rising LNG prices in the Asia-Pacific region.
