LNG

 A.P. Møller Mærsk confirmed its intention to sell the LNG carrier fleet of subsidiary Maersk LNG to Canada’s Teekay and Marubeni Corp. of Japan for $1.4 billion in cash.

Maersk LNG owns six LNG vessels outright as well as two one-quarter shares of two vessels owned through limited partnerships.
