QGC, the development company of the Queensland Curtis coal-seam-gas-to-LNG project, said it awarded a contract to Australian company Terrex Seismic for surveys of the CSG tenements providing the feed-gas.

Under the contract, Terrex will provide seismic data across numerous QGC tenements in the Surat and Bowen Basins over the next year or so at a cost of around $17 million.
