Kawasaki Heavy Industries of Japan was awarded a contract to supply seven boiler systems for Royal Dutch Shell’s Prelude FLNG project offshore northwest Australia

They will be installed on the topside of the Prelude facility, and supply high-pressure steam, which will be used for power generation and LNG production processes in the facility, the Japanese company said.
