Russia’s Sakhalin II LNG plant, the closest production to the world’s largest LNG market in Japan, has to overcome feed-gas supply problems if a third production Train is to be built.

That was the message from parties to the projects after a series of meetings in Russia, including one between Royal Dutch Shell Chief Executive Peter Voser and his Gazprom counterpart Alexei Miller, representing the two main Sakhalin shareholders.
