LNG

QatarEnergy is in negotiations with Venture Global, Cheniere Energy and Woodside Energy, to secure multi-year US LNG supply contracts through 2031. The move marks a shift from spot purchases as the Qatari state company seeks to honour long-term LNG export commitment while force majeure notices on shipments from Ras Laffan have been extended to November.
