Golar LNG has signed an agreement to sell all of its shares in Avenir LNG to Stolt-Nielsen Gas for about $40 mill. 

This transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2025, subject to the fulfillment of the conditions under the share purchase agreement, Golar said.
