Venture Global’s Class A common stock shares started trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) last Friday under the symbol ‘VG’.
Venture Global’s IPO of 70 mill shares of its Class A common stock, par value $0.01 was priced at $25 per share and was concluded yesterday.
The LNG developer also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 10.5 mill shares.
Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and BofA Securities acted as joint lead book-running managers, while ING, RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank, Mizuho, Santander, SMBC Nikko, MUFG, BBVA, Loop Capital Markets, Natixis, Deutsche Bank Securities, Wells Fargo Securities and Truist Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
National Bank of Canada Financial Markets, Raymond James, Regions Securities, Guggenheim Securities and Tuohy Brothers acted as co-managers.
A registration statement relating to the offering was filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which was declared effective on 23rd January, 2025.
