LNG - entering the winter period

For the past four to six weeks, LNG has been primarily snapped up by Asian buyers.

Demand has come from Southeast Asia, South Asia, and from Egypt, plus Brazil - the latter due a severe drought. 

However, Chinese LNG demand has slowed recently, while Europe saw flattened growth.

Inventories were mainly on the high side, especially in Europe, which has not experienced a cold winter for several years, Poten & Partners said in a webinar this week.
