Ahead of the anticipated start of construction work on Marsa LNG’s bunkering terminal at Sohar in Oman, the joint venture partners developing the project are targeting the completion of the financing negotiations before the end of the third quarter of this year.

Marsa LNG – a joint venture between TotalEnergies  (80% working interest) and Omani integrated energy group OQ (20% working interest) – is overseeing the development of a 1 mill tonnes per annum capacity plant at Sohar.
