Dixstone to convert an LNGC for Gabon’s LNG project

Dutch offshore engineering firm, Dixstone has been awarded the construction, procurement and integration contract for a new LNG project at Cap Lopez, Gabon.

This project is a nearshore LNG facility that will produce 0.7 mill tonnes of LNG and 25,000 tonnes of LPG per year in the first phase. It will have a storage capacity of 137,000 cu m housed in an LNGC to be converted to an FSO.
