LNG

Russian oil and gas developer,  Novatek, has floated out a second Arctic LNG 2 module from the Belokamenka shipyard near Murmansk.

The giant module was towed out on 25^th July by a fleet of tugs and offshore vessels, the Russian business daily Kommersant reported.
