BG boosts LNG plans as Pure Energy accepts bid

Pure Energy Resources, an Australian coal-seam gas developer, said its board is recommending to shareholders a A$995 million (US$633M) takeover bid from BG Group, boosting the UK company’s CSG-to-LNG project plans in Australia.
