Russian LNG producer Novatek to move Global Depositary Receipts out of New York to Luxembourg

Novatek, the largest Russian LNG exporter from the Yamal plant in northern Siberia and the developer of the Arctic LNG II project on the Gydan Peninsula, has announced impending changes in its Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) program as The Bank of New York Mellon is withdrawing as the currently appointed depositary.
