LNG and maritime fuel industry marks largest recent consolidation deal as three firms merge into Baseblue

The LNG and maritime fuel industry marked its largest recent consolidation deal, though relatively modest in scale, as BMS United Bunkers, Bunkernet and SBI bunkering BV said they had entered a definitive merger agreement to create a company called Baseblue to be a future industry leader in marine fuelling.
