Leading US meteorologist group forecasts 10 hurricanes this season to disrupt LNG and oil and gas activity

One of the most respected meteorologist groups in the United States has forecast in its July update that the Atlantic hurricane season in 2022 will have more major storms than previous years and 10 hurricanes, leading to the temporary shutting of US Gulf Coast oil and gas production and LNG facilities as landfall percentages increase.
