Tiny Canadian First Nation of under 300 members plans large liquefaction plant

A tiny Canadian Native North American tribe numbering fewer than 300 members, but which ratified the first urban First Nation peace treaty in Canada giving it land ownership near the town of Delta in urban Vancouver, is planning a liquefied natural gas plant there.
