PacificNorthwest LNG project is on hold until well after Canada's October 19 election

The Canadian province of British Columbia said it was confident the $36 billion Pacific Northwest LNG project being developed by Malaysia's Petronas and several Asian partners would begin the process of clearing its final hurdle after the federal election on October 19.
