Qatargas awards Italian engineer Saipem contract worth $1.7Bln for North Field LNG feed-gas project

Italian energy engineering company Saipem has been awarded a $1.7-billion contract by Qatargas for the development of the North Field Production Project offshore of the Northeast coast of the Qatar peninsula to underpin LNG expansion.
