IM Skaugen swings to loss amid pursuit of more small-scale projects

IM Skaugen, the Norwegian operator of small-scale LNG carriers and other fuel vessels, reported a net loss of $13.36 million for the third quarter of 2016 compared with a profit of $4.27M in the year-ago period as it continued to pursue LNG projects.
