LNG equipment maker Air Products off-loads unit to German company for $3.8Bln in cash

Air Products of the US, the leading maker of liquefied natural gas processing equipment, has sold its Performance Materials Division (PMD) to Germany’s Evonik Industries AG, a specialty chemicals and materials company, for $3.8 billion in cash.
