Chinese ENN Group buys big Santos stake and builds up Australian presence

The Chinese ENN Group, which has signed contracts for LNG cargoes from around the world, has agreed to purchase almost 12 percent of the shares of Australia energy company Santos, a stakeholder in three Asia-Pacific liquefaction plants.
