Japanese spot delivered LNG prices have dropped by $6.80 per MMbtu over past year

The Japanese government said the average price of spot liquefied natural gas cargoes imported into Japan last month was $7.50 per million British thermal units compared with $14.30 per MMBtu in the same month a year ago, a fall of $6.80 per MMBtu, or 47.5 percent.
