Sabine Pass LNG export plant almost there and first cargo seen in New Year

The US Sabine Pass LNG export plant being built by engineers Bechtel at the existing import terminal in Louisiana is at just over 96 percent completion, about 2 percent less than the agreed schedule, though a first cargo is expected to be shipped early in the New Year.
