Stolt-Nielsen and NYK to control Avenir LNG

Stolt-Nielsen’s subsidiary, Stolt-Nielsen Gas has entered into a share purchase agreement to sell 50% of Avenir LNG to Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line).
