French LNG player Air Liquide and shipping line Sogestran plan wide-reaching EU carbon capture

France’s Air Liquide, world leader in industrial gases and LNG technologies, has signed an agreement with French ship and transport firm Sogestran to ship liquid carbon-dioxide around European waterways by barge and ship for carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) projects in the European Union.
