UK claims no supply disruption

The UK Government has stressed that there will be no gas supply disruptions, due to the Middle East conflict.

Russia's Deputy Prime Minister, Alexander Novak confirmed that he had discussed with domestic energy companies the possibility of redirecting Russian LNG supplies from Europe to other markets, Interfax news agency and Izvestia newspaper reported.

According to a leading maritime law firm, international law does not permit Iran to obstruct vessels’ transits through an international strait, such as the Strait of Hormuz.
