Norway-based IM Skaugen is beginning its medium-term contract to charter three of its multi-gas carriers to a small-scale LNG venture in the West African state of Ghana.
Norwegian shipping company IM Skaugen, owner of a fleet of multi-gas carriers and with small-scale LNG project proposals in the offing, said it has been working to execute a financing plan for the deferment of the 2017 maturity debt with all its lenders.
IM Skaugen, the Norwegian operator of small-scale liquefied natural gas carriers and other fuel vessels, said it signed long-term contracts for the time charter of three multigas vessels to provide LNG for African power plants.
