Norwegian LNG fleet owner IM Skaugen signs three small-scale ship time charters for Africa

IM Skaugen, the Norwegian operator of small-scale liquefied natural gas carriers and other fuel vessels, said it signed long-term contracts for the time charter of three multigas vessels to provide LNG for African power plants.
