June 19 (LNGJ) – Two cargoes are heading for the UK and the Netherlands this week. The UK is scheduled to receive a Qatari delivery on June 23 when the 261,990 cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier “Shagra” berths at the South Hook facility at the port of Milford Haven.
The Dutch Gate LNG terminal in Rotterdam is due to receive a US shipment on June 24. The 176,300 cubic metres capacity vessel “Rioja Knutsen” lifted the cargo on June 9 from the Corpus Christi facility in Texas.
Aug 29 (LNGJ) – The UK’s first September LNG shipment is on its way from the Arabian Gulf. The 261,990 cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier “Shagra” is scheduled to discharge a cargo on September 2 at the UK South Hook terminal in Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on August 14 from Qatar’s liquefaction plant loading terminal at Ras Laffan.
The shipment was heading for the UK as the National Balancing Point gas market price was last at $75.15 per million British thermal units while the benchmark European Union price, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), was quoted at $91.25 per MMBtu.
April 27 (LNGJ) - The first May shipments are heading for the UK from Qatar and Russia. The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier “Shagra” will discharge a cargo on May 1 at the South Hook terminal in Milford Haven from Ras Laffan, while the 172,000 cubic metres capacity vessel “Vladimir Rusanov” is scheduled to arrive on May 3 at the Dragon import facility at Milford Haven from Yamal LNG at Sabetta in Arctic Russia.
The cargoes were heading for the UK even amid more European natural gas price drops. The UK National Balancing Point natural gas price fell again from last week to a low of $1.60 per million British thermal units while Continental Europe’s Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF) price was slightly higher than the NBP price at $1.85 per MMBtu, though also lower than last week.
April 20 (LNGJ) - The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier “Shagra” will unload a cargo on April 26 at the UK Milford Haven import terminal in Wales from the Ras Laffan plant in Qatar, according to the port authorities. The delivery was heading for the UK as the National Balancing Point benchmark natural gas price was at the equivalent of $7.20 per million British thermal units, while one of the main continental European prices, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), was slightly lower at the equivalent of around $7.15 per MMBtu.
July 24 (LNGJ) - The 266,000 Q-Max carrier “Shagra” is scheduled to deliver a cargo on July 29 to the UK Milford Haven import terminal in Wales from the Ras Laffan plant in Qatar, according to shipping data. The delivery was fixed as the UK National Balancing Point benchmark natural gas price was at the equivalent of $4.70 per million British thermal units, while one of the main continental European prices, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), was higher at around $5.05 per MMBtu.
