A Southern California phone utility company that expanded into energy has signed its fourth preliminary LNG supply agreement for the liquefaction and export facility it plans to build on Monkey Island in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.

Californian project developer SCT&E LNG has tripled volumes in its Free Trade Application (FTA) to the Department of Energy from 4 to 12 mtpa of LNG to be exported from Monkey Island, Louisiana.
