Jan 1 (LNGJ) - The 176,300 cubic metres capacity carrier “Castillo de Caldelas” is scheduled to deliver a US cargo on January 8 to the UK South Hook LNG import terminal at the port of Milford Haven, according to shipping data,

   The shipment was arriving as the UK National Balancing Point price was last at the equivalent of $25.40 per million British thermal units, which is well down on the year-ago price on December 31, 2021, of almost $30 per MMBtu. The US cargo was lifted on December 22 from the Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana, owned and operated by Cheniere Energy.

US LNG for UK

Nov 16 (LNGJ) - Another LNG cargo is heading for the UK port of Milford Haven this week on board the 173,400 cubic metres capacity “Flex Constellation”, according to the port authorities. The US shipment is scheduled to arrive on November 20 at the port’s South Hook terminal after being lifted on November 6 from the Cameron export plant in Louisiana.

May 26 (LNGJ) - Two LNG cargoes are scheduled to arrive in the UK in the next week amid increasing natural gas prices, one at the Isle of Grain import terminal in Kent on May 27 from the Yamal plant in northern Russian and a second at the Welsh port of Milford Haven from Qatar. The Yamal cargo will arrive on board the “Nicolay Zubov”, a carrier with 172,000 cubic metres of capacity. The Qatari cargo, the first UK shipment of the month of June, will be delivered on June 2 by the 260,900 cubic meters cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier “Bu Samra” to the South Hook facility at Milford Haven, according to the port authorities.

  The Russian and Qatari cargoes are scheduled as the UK National Balancing Point benchmark natural gas price rose to $9.35 per million British thermal units and the main Continental European price, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), hit $9.50 per MMBtu on rising demand.

July 13 (LNGJ) - The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier, “Umm Slal”, is scheduled to deliver a cargo on July 19 to the UK South Hook terminal in Milford Haven from Ras Laffan in Qatar, according to port authorities. That’s as European LNG values have dropped since last week. The UK’s National Balancing Point natural gas price was last at the equivalent of $1.75 per million British thermal units while the main Continental European benchmark price, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility, was at the equivalent of $1.80 per MMBtu.

   In other European deliveries, the 142,600 cubic metres capacity “LNG River Niger” was scheduled to discharge a shipment on July 19 at the Montoir-de-Bretagne terminal in Western France from the Bonny Island plant in Nigeria. The 140,000 cubic metres capacity “Arctic Voyager” was expected to unload a cargo on July 26 at the Revithoussa terminal in Greece from the Hammerfest plant in Norway.

The UK’s National Balancing Point natural gas price was at the equivalent of $1.75 per million British thermal units while the main Continental European benchmark price, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility, was lower at $1.65 per MMBtu.

   The 147,200 cubic metres capacity vessel “Arctic Lady” is scheduled to arrive on July 1 at the UK Isle of Grain import terminal in Kent from the Equinor-operated Hammerfest plant in Northern Norway. The 261,700 cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier, “Al Samriya”, will deliver a cargo on July 5 to the UK South Hook terminal in Milford Haven from Ras Laffan in Qatar.

Jan 2 (LNGJ) – LNG cargoes were pointing at European terminals in the week ahead even amid lower prices, with the UK National Balancing Point (NBP) at the equivalent of $4.15 per million British thermal units and the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF) price at the equivalent of $3.95 per MMBtu. The “Ribera del Duero Knutsen” was unloading a cargo at the UK Isle of Grain terminal near London from the US Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana. The 210,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex vessel “Al Nuaman” was scheduled to unload a Qatargas shipment on January 2 at the Turkish Marmara Ereglisito terminal for Botas.

   The 137,230 cubic metres capacity carrier “LNG Sokoto” will deliver a shipment on January 3 to the Portuguese terminal at Sines from the Bonny Island plant in Nigeria. The 138,000 cubic metres capacity “Fuwairit” will unload a Qatargas cargo on January 4 at the Cartagena terminal in southeast Spain. The 140,000 cubic metres capacity vessel “Arctic Voyager” will deliver a cargo on January 7 to Baltic port of Klaipeda in Lithuania from the Hammerfest plant in Norway operated by Equinor. The 172,000 cubic metres capacity carrier “Eduard Toll” will deliver a Yamal LNG cargo on January 8 to the Montoir-de-Bretagne terminal in Western France for the terminal operator Elengy.
