Australian energy company and LNG market participant Santos has confirmed major oil and gas resources from well tests in the Bedout Basin, offshore Western Australia.

Australian energy company Santos, operator of the Gladstone LNG plant in Queensland, has received competition clearance from regulators for its US$2.15 billion takeover of Quadrant Energy whose operations are centred on Western Australia.
