June 6 (LNGJ) - The 205,980 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex carrier “Al Bahiya” is scheduled to deliver a cargo on June 11 to the UK South Hook import terminal in Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The shipment was lifted on May 18 from the Ras Laffan export terminal in the Arabian Gulf.
Feb 28 (LNGJ) - UK LNG terminals are set to receive their first March LNG cargoes from the US and Qatar. The 174,000 cubic metres capacity carrier “Maran Gas Ithaca” is scheduled to arrive on March 4 at the Dragon regasification terminal in Milford Haven with a shipment from the Corpus Christi LNG plant in Texas. The 205,980 cubic metres capacity Qatari Q-Flex vessel “Al Bahiya” will discharge a Qatari cargo on March 6 at the South Hook facility. The cargo was lifted from the Ras Laffan plant in the Gulf on February 14
On the prices front for natural gas and LNG cargoes, the European benchmark Dutch Title Transfer Facility price was last at the equivalent $31.15 per million British thermal units and the May Japan-Korea Market price for North Asian spot LNG cargoes was at $29.45 per MMBtu.
Nov 1 (LNG) - The 205,980 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex LNG carrier “Al Bahiya” is scheduled to deliver the UK’s second November shipment on November 5 at the UK South Hook import terminal at Milford Haven in Wales from the Ras Laffan plant in Qatar.
The shipment was heading for UK shores as the nation’s National Balancing Point (NBP) benchmark natural gas price was last at around $22.70 per million British thermal units, down from recent record highs.
March 17 (LNGJ) - Qatar is increasing its LNG supplies to the UK this week with three cargoes heading for the two terminals at the Welsh port of Milford Haven from the Qatari plant at Ras Laffan. The 210,100 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex carrier “Al Aamriya” is scheduled to discharge a shipment on March 19 at the South Hook facility, according to the port authority.
The 216,200 cubic metres capacity vessel “Al Rekayyat” is also scheduled to arrive on March 19 at the Dragon regasification terminal, operated by Royal Dutch Shell. The 210,185 cubic metres capacity carrier “Al Bahiya” is then expected on March 21 to berth at the South Hook facility with another cargo.
Oct 10 (LNGJ) - The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max vessel “Al Bahiya” is scheduled to unload a cargo on October 13 at the UK Isle of Grain import terminal on the Medway River in Kent, 45 miles southeast of London, from the Ras Laffan plant in Qatar, according to shipping data. The shipment was being delivered as the UK National Balancing Point benchmark natural gas price was at the equivalent of $6.40 per million British thermal units, while one of the main continental European prices, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), was lower at the equivalent of around $6.25 per MMBtu.
