Oct 11 (LNGJ) - Trinidad and Tobago said in its latest natural gas reserves audit that resources had declined by 900 million cubic feet from the previous year, with much of the gas production used at the Atlantic LNG export plant at Point Fortin in Trinidad. Energy Minister Nicole Oliverre said proved gas reserves now stand at 10.6 Tcf, down from 11.5 Tcf in 2014. The survey was carried out by Ryder Scott, the oldest and most respected reservoir-evaluation consulting firm, and showed that the Caribbean nation’s proved reserves have almost halved in 13 years from 20.8 Tcf in 2002.
