June 21 (LNGJ) - The port of Gladstone in eastern Australia is continuing to have steady carrier traffic for shipments to Asia from the three coal-seam-gas-to-LNG plants on Curtis Island. The 173,400 cubic metres capacity “Sevilla Knutsen” has just left the Shell-owned Queensland Curtis LNG plant jetty, while the 160,106 cubic metres capacity vessel “Kita LNG” was loading a cargo at the Gladstone LNG plant operated by Australia’s Santos. The 177,000 cubic metres capacity “Energy Horizon” has just lifted a cargo for Tokyo Bay at the Pluto LNG export plant near Dampier in Western Australia, operated by Australia’s Woodside.
