June 9 (LNGJ) - Energy World Corp., the Australian-listed developer of the first LNG import terminal and natural gas hub in the Philippines, has hosted a visit to the site in Pagbilao in Quezon province by officials from the Department of Energy and members of the nation’s House of Representatives. “They were very impressed with the progress we have made on the Hub and the power station and promised all necessary support to bring this project into successful operation,” said EWC Chief Executive Stuart Elliott. The Pagbilao LNG Hub is scheduled to open by the end of 2016.
