March 16 (LNGJ) - The 155,900 vessel “Clean Ocean”, operated by Greek shipping line Dynagas and chartered to the Houston-based LNG developer Cheniere Energy, has left the Sabine Pass liquefaction plant in Louisiana without signalling its destination. Cheniere has chartered the LNG tanker from Dynagas under a five-year contract ending in the second quarter of 2020. Cheniere shipped the first cargo from its Sabine Pass export facility on February 25 to Brazilian energy company Petrobras as the first industrial-scale LNG export era began in the Lower-48 states of the US.
