Feb 27 (LNGJ) - US export venture company, Delfin LNG, said it signed a joint development agreement with Norway's Hoegh LNG, the carrier company and Floating LNG specialist. Delfin is planning a floating liquefaction, deepwater port to export cargoes from the Gulf of Mexico. "We are very pleased to be teaming with Hoegh LNG, a world-class partner in floating liquefaction, on the Delfin LNG project," said Frederick Jones, President of Delfin. "In an unpredictable and dynamic energy market, floating liquefaction is an extremely attractive option for both producers and customers," Jones added.
